WB Residential Communities, Inc. is the affiliated property management division of WBP. The division currently manages 35 communities for a total of 3,670 apartment homes throughout the Tri-State area. An additional 9 communities are in the construction or predevelopment stage and will add over 1,186 apartment homes to the portfolio. The properties range from garden style, suburban apartment homes, to mixed income urban infill high rises. The division provides a variety of services to our tenants to ensure they are supported during their residence with us. WB Residential consults with WBP on unit design and layout finish during pre-construction and capital improvement planning with Griffon after completion. Each property has an on-site manager who ensures our residents enjoy a healthy, quality experience in their new home.
