Lewisboro Commons will provide 42 apartments, in a community setting, for families in the Town of Lewisboro. Construction commenced in Spring, 2021. Funding is being provided by Westchester County, NYS Homes and Community Renewal, and NYSERDA. The property will provide affordable one, two and three bedroom rental apartments with an onsite Clubroom and adjacent walking trails.
