WBP Development LLC and Housing Action Council are partnering on a 45-unit affordable residential community for individuals and families with household incomes ranging from 40%-80% of the Westchester County AMI. The new development will consist of a fully electrified ultra-low energy Passive House building, a 133 KW photo-voltaic solar array system, electric vehicle charging stations, and geothermal technology for both heating and cooling. The property will provide a mix of one and two bedroom rental apartments as well as on-site amenities which include a fitness center, library, community room, lounge, and outdoor recreation.
