WB Residential Communities, Inc. is the affiliated property management division of WBP Development. WBRES currently manages 40 communities with a total of 4,183 apartment homes. An additional 4 communities are in the construction or predevelopment stage and will add over 530 apartment homes to the portfolio. The properties range from garden-style, suburban apartment homes to mixed-income urban infill high-rises. The WBRES division provides a variety of services to our residents to ensure they are supported and able to live independently. WB Residential consults with WBP on unit design and layout finish during pre-construction and capital improvement planning with Griffon, WBP’s affiliated general contractor, after completion. Each property has an on-site manager who ensures our residents enjoy a healthy, quality experience in their new home.

WB Residential’s portfolio currently includes over 3,000 LIHTC units regulated by NYS HCR/HFA and other state and local agencies. WB Residential provides a full range of LIHTC compliance and brings expertise in all federal LIHTC and NYS agency regulatory requirements, as well as extensive experience with managing mixed-income, Section 8, and other subsidized housing.
