Lewisboro Commons provides 42 apartment homes, in a community setting for families in the Town of Lewisboro, New York. Construction commenced in August 2021 and was completed Spring 2023. Funding was provided by Westchester County, NYS Home and Community Renewal, and NYSERDA.
The property provides affordable one, two, and three bedroom rental apartments with an on-site clubroom and adjacent walking trail and was designed to LEED homes standards.
