Woodcrest Village

Woodcrest Village is a 90-unit affordable senior condominium community located in Mount Kisco, Westchester County, New York, that received Village/Town Planning Board environmental and site plan approvals in February 2003. This community includes a 3,500 square foot Clubhouse with an outdoor pool, community multi-purpose room and fitness facility, as well as a restored wetland, pond, and dam with a walking trail system leading from the senior residential buildings through an 8-acre preserved open space area. Construction commenced in October of 2003 and all 90 units sold within five months. Occupancy began in May 2005 and was completed by October 2005.
