Woodcrest at Jacobs Hill is a $12 million development comprised of 58 affordable and moderate-rate condominiums. The Condominium Community is neighbors with a 161-unit senior rental apartment community. The two communities share a 5,000 square-foot Clubhouse with an outdoor pool, multi-purpose room, fitness room, library, and over 1.3 miles of walking trails. Construction was completed in 2006.
