Westwind is a 34-lot subdivision located in Croton-on-Hudson, Westchester County, New York. This 35-acre parcel overlooking the Hudson River represents the last large approved subdivision in this beautiful river village. Houses at Westwind sold for $300,000 to $460,000, and range in size from 2,250 to 3,100 square feet. Construction commenced in the Fall of 1996 and was completed in the Winter of 1998.
