Woodcrest at Jacobs Hill, Cortlandt Manor, NY

Woodcrest at Jacobs Hill is a $12 million development comprised of 58 affordable and moderate-rate condominiums. The Condominium Community is neighbors with a 161-unit senior rental apartment community. The two communities share a 5,000 square-foot Clubhouse with an outdoor pool, multi-purpose room, fitness room, library, and over 1.3 miles of walking trails. Construction was completed in 2006.

Woodcrest Village, Mount Kisco, NY

Woodcrest Village is a 90-unit affordable senior condominium community located in Mount Kisco, Westchester County, New York, that received Village/Town Planning Board environmental and site plan approvals in February 2003. This community includes a 3,500 square foot Clubhouse with an outdoor pool, community multi-purpose room and fitness facility, as well as a restored wetland, pond, and dam with a walking trail system leading from the senior residential buildings through an 8-acre preserved open space area. Construction commenced in October of 2003 and all 90 units sold within five months. Occupancy began in May 2005 and was completed by October 2005.

Westwind at Stoney Street, Yorktown Heights, NY

Westwind at Stoney Street is a subdivision of thirteen homes located in Yorktown Heights, Westchester County, New York. The homes range in size from 2,250 to 3,100 square feet and ranged in price from $390,000 to over $550,000. Construction commenced in Spring of 1999 and was completed in Winter of 2000.

Westwind, Croton-on-Hudson, NY

Westwind is a 34-lot subdivision located in Croton-on-Hudson, Westchester County, New York. This 35-acre parcel overlooking the Hudson River represents the last large approved subdivision in this beautiful river village. Houses at Westwind sold for $300,000 to $460,000, and range in size from 2,250 to 3,100 square feet. Construction commenced in the Fall of 1996 and was completed in the Winter of 1998.

Stone Creek, New Castle, NY

Stone Creek features 26 two-family homes on 12 acres of land in New Castle, NY. Located in the Chappaqua School District, Stone Creek was the first substantial affordable housing development to be supported by the local government.

Riverton, Upper Nyack, NY

Construction began in summer of 2008 on 19 luxury single-family homes on a 11-acre site located in the charming Village of Upper Nyack in Rockland County. These luxury homes range in size from 3,000 to 4,500 square feet on lots ranging from one-third to three-quarters of an acre. Each of the two-story homes are built with great attention to detail, and include hardwood flooring throughout, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the kitchens, and marble tile and countertops in the bathrooms. Featuring energy-efficient designs, the homes will have views of the Hudson River, Hook Mountain and the Tappan Zee Bridge. Just over a half acre of the site has been preserved as a wooded conservation area. Construction was completed in early 2017.

Pinebrook, Larchmont, NY

Pinebrook is a 51-unit affordable family condominium community on a 1.5-acre site in the Village of Larchmont, Westchester County, New York. The development consists of one and two bedroom condominium homes with covered structured parking and is within walking distance of downtown Larchmont, Metro North station, the Long Island Sound and many beautiful parks.

Financed by the NYS Affordable Housing Corporation and Westchester County, construction was completed in June 2016. Pinebrook also includes community spaces for the residents, including fitness rooms, community meeting areas, and outdoor recreation areas. Each owner will also benefit from the energy savings of their Energy Star appliances and water-conserving features.

Maple Brook Townhomes, Yorktown Heights, NY

Maple Brook is the 27-unit final phase of a 68-unit townhome development located in Yorktown Heights, Westchester County, New York. Houses in this development sold for $145,000 to $210,000, and ranged in size from 1,350 to 1,700 square feet. Construction began in the Summer of 1996 and was completed in the Summer of 1997.

Glassbury Court at Hunterbrook, Yorktown, NY

Glassbury Court at Hunterbrook is located in the Town of Yorktown, just off Route 202 on 44 acres of open and wooded land. Designed for active adults, age 55 and better, construction of the site started in April 2006. All of the homes are New York State Energy Star certified and feature state-of-the-art heating and cooling systems, including some with radiant floor heat. The community features Master Bedroom Suites on the main level with heated two car garages. Each of the one and a half story homes are luxuriously appointed with stainless steel appliances, granite kitchen countertops, and marble master baths. Glassbury Court at Mount Kisco, Mount Kisco, NY

This development of semi-attached single- family homes was completed and sold out in spring 2007. The project received Village/ Town of Mount Kisco Planning Board environmental and site plan approvals in February 2003. Construction commenced in October of 2003, sales opened in February of 2005 and were nearly sold out by the end of the year. Sales prices ranged from $890,000 to over $1.2 million. This community features 3,500 to 3,900 square foot homes targeted to “empty nesters”, with floor plans that allow “living on one level” with the master bedroom suite on the same level as the entrance, kitchen, living, and dining rooms. The grounds are maintained by a homeowners’ association.

Glassbury Court at Cold Spring, Cold Spring, NY

Located five minutes from the “quaint” village of Cold Spring in the scenic Hudson River community of Philipstown in Putnam County, on an 80-acre parcel with a 7-acre lake, this 90 home, master planned community was one of the first “Green Building” communities in the Lower Hudson Valley certified for LEED® for Homes. LEED® stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, and is a building program sponsored by the US Green Building Council. This project was one of a few select projects across the country that was part of a pilot program to encourage local builders and developers to building healthy, sustainable, and energy-wise residential communities.

The 10 affordable single-family homes were built in five semi-attached townhouse-like buildings, and marketed to families that live and/or work in the Town. The 80 market-rate condominiums are located in 40 semi-attached one and one half story buildings, and designated for active adults 55 or better. The development features a state-of-the-art Clubhouse with a heated outdoor pool, tennis courts, and a neighborhood park with a “dog park” and an extensive walking trail along the beautiful Clove Creek. Construction began in the late summer of 2007 and sales were completed in Spring 2016. Sales prices were in the $500,000 range.

Cross Creek at Van Cortlandtville, Cortlandt Manor, NY

Cross Creek at Van Cortlandtville is a forty-unit townhouse development, which was taken back from a local savings and loan institution after the original developer built six units and failed to sell them. With funding from New York State Affordable Housing Corporation and the Westchester County Housing Implementation Fund, construction was completed in fourteen months. Prior to the commencement of construction, all forty homes sold out in ten days. Acquisition and construction financing was provided by People’s Westchester Savings Bank in an aggregate amount of $3.6 million. Permanent loans were provided by Fleet Mortgage and Peoples Westchester Savings Bank.

Cross Creek Townhomes, Spring Valley, NY

Cross Creek at Spring Valley received the second- largest NYS Affordable Housing Corporation grant in New York State in 1991, along with funding from Federal Home Loan Bank of New York. Construction was completed in June 1995.

Briarcrest at Macy Manor, Ossining, NY

Briarcrest at Macy Manor is a 17-home subdivision located on the highest point of the Village of Ossining and has wonderful seasonal views of the Hudson River. These single-family homes, designed by the architectural firm of Devereaux and Associates, range in size from 2,300 to 3,500 square feet in the “neo-traditional” style, with front porches and rear garages to create a strong sense of neighborhood. All of the homes in this 7-acre development site benefit from a 1.4-acre conservation area, which provides a naturally-vegetated buffer between the existing neighbors and the new homes. Construction began in April 2003 and was completed in January 2005. Home prices ranged from $575,000 to $750,000.

Arrowcrest at Marianna Farm, Danbury, CT

Arrowcrest at Marianna Farm is a subdivision of twenty luxury homes located in the Aunt Hack Estate area of Danbury in Fairfield County, Connecticut. The site was once home to the famed opera singer Marion Anderson, and the homes range in size from 2,500 to 3,900 square feet. The development was financed by Hudson United Bank. Construction commenced in the spring of 1999 and was completed in spring of 2002.

Arrowcrest at Hollow Brook offers nine distinct homes situated on dramatic and individually designed lots located around the perimeter of the spectacular new Hollow Brook Golf Club. These traditionally-styled homes, ranging in size from 2,800 to 3,600 square feet, feature award-winning architecture and include many luxurious interior amenities. Construction began in January 2005 and was completed in the Fall of 2007.

Located in the estate area of Yorktown, Westchester County, New York, Arrowcrest Estates at Hunterbrook features the very successful Arrowcrest homes (from Arrowcrest in Croton-on- Hudson and Arrowcrest at Ardsley), as designed by R. Barry Goewey, AIA. These homes, which range in size from 3,200 square feet to over 5,000 square feet, are situated on estate-sized parcels of four acres or more. Construction commenced in the Summer of 1998 and was completed in the Summer of 2000.
