Located on a 29 acre parcel of land offering sweeping, far reaching views of the beautiful Hudson Valley, Westview is a 168 unit, market rate rental community currently under construction off of Mt Ebo Road North in the Town of Southeast, Putnam County. The development will consist of 8 three-story residential buildings containing 64 one-bedroom and 104 two-bedroom spacious, energy efficient apartment homes, many with lofts or dens providing opportunity for comfortable and private work from home space. The community will feature a grand, multi-level barn style clubhouse containing several inviting spaces designed for gathering, lounging, playing and socializing; a well-appointed fitness area; a smart and spacious mail/package facility; and a locker room. The clubhouse will be connected to a large outdoor pool and children’s playground through expansive decks and patios.

The community will also include 40 garage bays located in 7 detached buildings, 270 surface parking spaces, EV charging stations, storage facilities and a walking trail with 8 fitness stations.  Of the 168 apartments, 50 will have priority status for seniors, veterans, municipal employees, first responders, school employees and persons with physical or developmental disabilities. 17 of these units will be designated as affordable priority units at below market rents for those eligible renters with household incomes not exceeding 80% of the of the median household income for Putnam County. Leasing and occupancy expected to commence in the Spring of 2023.

In order to qualify to work with us, each subcontractor must prove that they are a viable, productive company. We take into consideration each subcontractors past performance, insurance, and license qualifications, safety record, current workload, and financial stability.
