One Dromore Road will provide 45 apartments in an affordable multifamily residential community located in Scarsdale, New York. The all-electric powered development will serve households with income levels ranging from 40-80% Area Median Income. All apartments will include a stove with a venting hood, frost-free refrigerator, dishwasher, free high-speed wireless broadband service, and cable TV hookup. Computer terminals and printers will be available to all residents in the Community Room. Common laundry facilities will be provided for the residents and five EV charging stations will be installed for resident use. Outdoor recreation for the residents will include a play area and benches with seating areas for social interaction.
