WBP Development LLC, together with L+M Development Partners, is developing a mixed use residential development in downtown New Rochelle.  The building will consist of 184 residences in a 7 story building with rooftop amenities, structured parking and retail.  Centrally located in downtown New Rochelle, just off of Main Street, the building will be a 7 minute walk from the Metro North and Amtrak station.  It is also in close proximity to I-95 and the Hutchinson River Parkway.  Move ins have commenced in 2022.

In order to qualify to work with us, each subcontractor must prove that they are a viable, productive company. We take into consideration each subcontractors past performance, insurance, and license qualifications, safety record, current workload, and financial stability.
