30 Water St is a 109-unit multifamily rental community that will consist of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments, parking garage, retail and community space. The building will be built to New York Stretch Energy Code, utilizing panelized structural framing, geothermal HVAC and hot water, and a 350KW solar array. The construction effort will also include an extensive environmental cleanup to restore property from its previous use as a Manufactured Gas Plant, the construction of several bridges and an 800-foot extension of the Sing Sing Kill Greenway. Construction commenced in the Fall of 2024 and is scheduled for completion in Winter of 2027.
