99 Church is an existing steel frame office building originally designed by Emory Roth & Sons and completed in 1946. The proposed redevelopment of the building will include upgrading the facade and windows to maximize energy efficiencies and reinforcing the existing structure to support a vertical expansion to accommodate a 68 unit condominium. The condominium will include a parking garage and amenities including a multiple lounges, a gym, and rooftop deck.
