126 Apartment High Rise
WBP Development LLC, together with L+M Development Partners, is developing 10 LeCount Place, Phase II, which will include 126 for-sale affordable condominium apartments, amenities, retail, and structured parking. The building will rise to 17 stories and is anticipated to be completed in early 2027.
