Gary E. Friedland, Chief Operating Officer, has twenty years experience in property management, development and affordable housing. Prior to joining WBRES, he was Executive Vice President of a property management company with a 30,000-unit portfolio, specializing in affordable and government-assisted housing. Before entering the private sector, Mr. Friedland was one of New York State's highest-ranking housing officials, serving as Assistant Commissioner of the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal for ten years. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and Political Science from Queens College of the City University of New York.

Debra Reid, Vice President, WB Residential Communities, Inc., has 14 years of experience managing the WB portfolio. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Finance from Mercy College and has overall responsibility for an extensive portfolio of properties. Ms. Reid has a thorough knowledge of the procedures and regulations of the Farmer's Home Administration, HUD, various State Housing Agencies and specializes in Section 42 Tax Credit Compliance Procedures. Ms. Reid is certified by Quadel in housing tax credit compliance and Fair Housing compliance and served as a compliance trainer.

Carmen Del Pino, Director of Accounting, has over 25 years of experience in Cost Accounting, Financial Analysis, Asset Management and Auditing and Internal Controls. Ms. Del Pino joined the Wilder Balter team in 1997 as Accounting Manager and in 2002 made the transition to Director of Accounting for the Residential Management Company. She is also instrumental in our computer conversions, from planning to implementation and support. Ms. Del Pino is a graduate of Westchester Business Institute where she earned her degree in Accounting.

Shannon Petruzzi, ARM, has been in the real estate industry for 11 years. She started out as a leasing agent and has worked toward her most recent position as Regional Manager. Shannon possesses a great deal of knowledge pertaining to marketing, leasing and the successful management of a sizeable portfolio. Her specialty is taking a challenged property and making it an operational and financial success. Shannon managed a complex rent and up and relocation as part of a $3M rehabilitation of an apartment complex in Poughkeepsie, NY.  Shannon maintains certifications as a Fair Housing Specialist and is an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM). She is experienced in management and compliance requirements of Section 42 Tax Credit s, HUD and Rural development. Shannon also is a member of the Institute for Real Estate Management (IREM).
