Chappaqua Crossing Apartments, Wilder Balter Partners latest development, is an adaptive reuse of the iconic former Reader’s Digest Building into an innovative mix of 64 one, two and three bedroom apartment homes comprised of market rate, town workforce and affordable apartments. Located on a beautiful 116 acre property in Chappaqua, NY, and in the Chappaqua Central School District, the building will include a magnificent wood paneled Library, two courtyards, fitness center, outdoor play area and Great Room with kitchen overlooking the courtyards.

Residents will also be able to enjoy the other components that will make up this property – including Whole Foods, Lifetime Fitness, other retail, walking trails and a shuttle bus that will travel to and from the Village of Chappaqua.

Construction began in August 2016 and the anticipated opening is in the Spring of 2018. In the coming months we will begin our formal marketing for this development, including the launch of the Chappaqua Crossing Apartments’ website. Until then, to request additional information please contact James Wendling (914-610-3647).
